Marine Life and Diving: The waters surrounding the Andaman Islands are rich in marine biodiversity. The islands offer excellent opportunities for scuba diving and snorkeling, with vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life, including sea turtles, colorful fish, and even sightings of dolphins and whales.
Tribal Reserves: To protect the indigenous tribes and their way of life, certain areas of the Andaman Islands have been designated as tribal reserves. Access to these areas is restricted, and visitors require special permits.
When visiting the Andaman Islands, it’s important to respect the local culture and environment.
