Cactus garden is located in the heart of the city Panchkula, 8 kms. from Chandigarh. Officially known as National Cactus and Succulent Botanical Garden and Research Centre, the garden is Asia’s biggest garden having rare and endangered species of more than 3,500 species. Collection of Indian succulents here is considered the largest in the world. There are Cacti small enough to fit in your palm and some about 11-15ft tall. The garden was set up in 1987. This garden is drawing more tourists every year including botanists.

Visiting hours : April to September : 09.00Am to 01.00PM and 03.00PM to 07.00PM all days of the week,   October to March : 09.00AM to 01.00PM and 02.00PM to 06.00PM all days of the week

Entry fee : Rs.10/- per person
