Farm in the City is the place for visitors who want to enjoy a non-traditional zoo experience. It is a new Malaysian village themed petting zoo in Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, between Kaula lumpur and Putrajaya. The place is divided into several sections including a reptile corner, koi pond and bird aviary. There is a turtle and tortoise section which is home to about five different types of these hard-shell reptiles. Some of the rare animals you can see here include a crusty-looking dinosaur turtle and a crow with snow white plumage. One of the great things about this park is that you can really interact with the animals. You can even feed a deer from the palm of you hand. Farm in the City is beautifully landscaped and there is even a section where kids can go inside the rabbit and guinea pigs enclosure and play with them. More than 100 species of exotic and rare species are on display behind glass walls or in open compounds.

Getting there : It is 15 minutes drive from Putrajaya. KLIA Transit is the operator of trains to and from Putrajaya Sentral. Putrajaya station is situated in the Kualalumpur International Airport train line. Though KLIA Express and KLIA Transit trains are passing through the Putrajaya station, The KLIA Transit is the only train stops at Putrajaya station. (KLIA Express is a non-stopping service from KL Sentral to KLIA airport) The fastest way of reaching Putrajaya from KL Sentral is through KLIA Transit train.
