Nadukani

Nadukani, a popular picnic spot, is at an elevation of around 3000 ft above sea level. The site offers views of the Blue Mountains on one side and River Muvattupuzha on the other side.
This is a viewpoint on the way to idukki from muttom. There is a pavilion constructed here for people to view the valley below. You can see the moolamattam power grid, the hills bordering kottayam and idukki and the thodupuzha reservoir.
On hazy days the view can get obstructed. On clear days they say you can see upto ernakulam.
Cars and bikes can go till the pavilion, but tourist buses are not allowed.
Amazing views await you. An ideal place to take a timeout while driving or riding.
